The 90 acres of lakes and parkland that is Smeaton's Lakes is a nature wonderland for fishermen and tourists alike.

A peaceful haven of tranquillity the site is often referred to as "The East Midlands' Best Kept Secret".
Centrally located close to the A1 and the East Coast main railway line, the site is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of this historic area.
The site is supervised by the owner, thus ensuring no overcrowding, and is protected by 24-hour CCTV and an on-site warden.
We also provide secure on-site storage for caravans and motorhomes.
